Sticky Rice Oolong (Thailand) - Organic

If you have never had this splendid organic blend, prepare for a unique treat.  It is grown and harvested from the "Doi Mae Salong" tea garden in northern Thailand, near Chiang Rai in the "Golden Triangle".

These tea artists use the Jin Xuan tea cultivar and during processing incorporate the Nuo Mi Xiang herb (Lat. strobilanthes nivea bremek).  

The result is a tea that smells and tastes just like Chinese sticky rice.  It is a stunning  aroma, taste, and experience.  No flavourings or additives.  Just the tea, the herb, and a great deal of skill.
