Ordering, Payment and Shipping Procedure:
We currently ship within Canada and the U.S. via CanPar Ground or Canada Post, depending on best rates. All orders are processed in Canadian funds. We use PayPal to protect your privacy when you order online.
To Order:
- Select items to purchase from the web site.
- Email us with your list. Be sure to include quantity, size and colour where appropriate. Include your name, shipping address and phone number.
- Once your order has been placed we will contact you regarding the final shipping cost. You can then pay by Visa or PayPal.
- Once we receive confirmation of payment, we will ship your products within 48 hours.
- Please note we cannot guarantee postal performance. Allow 5-18 business days depending upon location and time of year.
Shippers base their rates on origin, destination, height/length/depth and weight of your parcel. We are happy to provide quotes prior to shipping. In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, each order is treated individually rather than assigning a one-size-fits-all charge..
When ordering items, remember shippers have a base rate per parcel regardless of what is in it. Often it is more cost effective to order a few items at the same time to reduce the unit cost of shipping rather than shipping a single item.

Remember, exact shipping rates will be affected by the final wrapped size and weight of the package and will be quoted on the invoice we email for your approval prior to shipping.
